I love the Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper. There are so many beautiful images, it was hard to pick one! I like this card because it can be used for anyone. While I love flowers & frill, that doesn’t always work for the person you want to send a card to!
By using a 3″ strip of DSP, you can get more out of a 6″ x 6″ or 12″ x 12″ sheet of paper. And I used the Deckled Circles dies (discontinued) to die cut a circle in the DSP, then cover it with a larger circle of cardstock. By covering the hole, I was able to stamp the sentiment on the DSP and adhere it to the cardstock that covered the original circle. I hope that makes sense! While the Deckled Circle dies are discontinued, any two sizes of circle punches or dies will work. Remember to punch or die cut your circle out of the DSP with the smaller circle, then stamp your sentiment directly onto the DSP. Use a corresponding color of cardstock and punch or die cut the larger circle to cover the whole in your DSP.
Some dimensionals and gems give this card a little boost but it is a quick and easy card. Try it!
